Started with urine infection. Later checked find prostate enlarge with 34 cc.& psa was 9.73. Started medicine avoprost d 8 mg& duonem 300 er. After taking 6 days psa come down to 5.41 with psa free 0.32. Is this treatment in right direction.in case of urine stopped all of sudden what should I do? Is it symptoms of prostate cancer or bph. Please suggest better treatment if any because urine burning sensation is continuously.
