I have been having gastric related problems for a while now. In the past there has been cases where I have got shortness of breath, heart burn and chest uncomfort leading to palpitations. I got ecg done almost immediately after that and two ecg came out normal but this time when I got such an episode my heart beat went dangerously abnormal and I was about to black out. Somehow I went to the doctor and he did an ecg and the results were "suspected right ventricular hypertrophy, sinus tachycardia and probably abnormal ecg" please suggest if it indicates anything wrong with my heart since previously every ecg of mine has come out normal.
