Hello lybrate-user unwanted 72 or ipill is an emergency contraception. It is to be used if and only if your usual method of contraception fails. It is not to be used to do unprotected sex all the time and then take ipill. Kindly use a different method of contraception on a regular basis as these emergency pills tend to disturb the hormone levels of the woman. This can then affect her menstrual cycles and can cause problems in conceiving.
