I have shoulder pain in left hand. On doctors advice tests like ECG, etc for heart problems. But not found. I am having survikal spondylitis. Please suggest a physiotherapy exercise.

You might have d4 syndrome pathology, you need a therapist who knows spinal mobilizations. Its a 5 seconds job to relieve your pain. Cervical spondylitis needs primarily posture correction. Address it with a good physiotherapist. Dont ask for vague exercises. Random prescriptions will land you in trouble.

You may have a referred pain due to cervical spondylitis. There are stretches available for trapezius, levetor scapulae and sternocleidomastoid. YOu may find this on youtube also, but i would suggest please see physiotherapist before doing these stretches.
