Go ahead and have that doughnut or slice of pizza, but before you do, drink 3-4 glasses water and eat a bowl of raw veggies such as cucumbers, carrots, and tomatoes. Hi, Thats not at a healthy weight loss target, ideally you should concentrate on losing 0.5-1kg weight per week. If you adopt healthy ways to lose weight you would be able to sustain it for longer period of time.
