I'm a 19 yrs old Engg student. My weight is around 93 my upper physique is ok but I'm unhappy with my hips which is bumped out and stomach is bumped out too. Cloths are getting tight. I'm trying to go for gym but due to hectic schedule it makes me barely go to gym. I'm controlling my diet and avoiding junkies. Is there any other way around. Asap

Balanced diet and exercise 4 days a week is the best way to loose weight in a natural way,if you can,t go to the gym do some brisk walking for 30 min and avoid sleeping or lying down immediately after having food.Keep atleast one hour gap,also eat early dinner and very light.
