My both legs gets heavy and during night hours dullness when I get up in morning cannot stand for few minutes and then during a day time everything is normal but in night again repeats.

Do you smoke? Also are the veins of your legs prominent? you can keep 2-3 pillows under your feet and raise your leg to an angle of 45 degree(by keeping pillows) and do some ankle exercises,up and down,circling clock wise and anti clockwise for 15 min before going to sleep.This will wash away all the waste products and help in pain relief.
