I am having pain above my knee, unable to put much pressure, unable to bend properly , it causes severe pain. I had this problem 3 weeks before , had medicine instagesic which gave bit relief, but again this pain and stiffness started.

If you are facing severe pain you should go for a proper diagnosis first it may be because of minescal tear or ligament prob try to avoid weight bearing till than and if you get diagnosed by those condition depending on severity you will need to go to physiotherapistand /or orthopaedic physiotherapist

Hi , You may need a Ayurvedic physician visit.As medicines are giving you a short term relief then this means that a proper diagnosis of the disease condition is must. Consuming just painkillers will not be a permanent solution for your disease.
