My knees are stiff and painful. Cannot squat. Cannot walk more than 100 meters. Muscles in the thighs cramp. The foot turns outward due to severe cramping. Please advise.

Wear knee support, use stick while walking. Take 15 sessions of S.W.D followed by strengthening exercise of knee, consult physiotherapist for same. Also do check calcium, vit.d and uric acid.
