Hello, I am 28 yr old. I work in night shifts. Until my 26YRS my hair was rich. Now I see it getting thinner and hair started falling. Am worried about that. Is this because I am working in night shifts? Or due to any health issue? Can you recommend if I can use any good oils like control, olive oil to control hair loss?
