Hi, I have delivered my baby 3 months ago when he's born due to some reason doctor kept him in a nicu due to this he's taking top feed not my milk for 5 days after 5 days when he came back to me he's not able to suck my nipples doctors said he may be start sucking after some days but he didn't so I used to pump my milk and gave him in a bottle but now my milk is not coming. What to do to increase my milk supply and how can teach my baby to start sucking method? Is there any hope that my baby star taking my milk directly as he's now 3 months old?

The key to make your infant start sucking is keep trying and you can also consult a lactation expert. To increase your milk supply eat a wholesome protein rich diet. Porridges with dryfruits, lentils, grams, milk, eggs are few foods you can add to your diet. Take frequent meals and lots of fluid. Atleast 3-4 litres per day.
