Hi doctor, I was diagnosed with genital warts in 2016, I got treated cauterization and I am warts free since then. But I still get lots of burning in the penis skin and urethra. I have tested hsv1 igg positive, I am hiv negative by 4 generation test which I did 4 times, I am syphilis vdrl negative which I did 3 times, I am hsv2 negative, I am chlymadia trich negative. I have also done urine test routine and culture which is negative. But I don't understand why I get pain in my penis I just recently found out I have type 2 diabetes. Can I get married and have a sex life. Please help. What test should I do and which doctor should I visit. Regards.
