Thank you doctor for you answers. This is the detail of my problem. When I visit the toilet and push harder, there comes a sperm like fluid from my penis and sometimes I feel pain in it during the period i'm on the toilet. The fluid comes only when i'm on the toilet but the pains can continue even after i'm done with the wash room. Please help me.

Sperms like fluid come when you go to toilet. You feel pain also. Pain is due to irritation caused by sperms. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take plenty of water daily. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation for mental strength daily.
