Had sex with condom on 21 dec 2018 with sex worker (not sure about her status) considering I got hiv infection. My son (5 months old infant) by mistake kept his fingers in my mouth and suddenly kept in his mouth. Please advise is der chance of hiv transmission considering via saliva for infants. It just happened in a second (not more than a second his finger was in my mouth. Saliva was not mixed with blood.
