I suffer from Tinnitus due to Menieres disease. Dizziness is reduced to a greater extent. But hearing loss has increased to 78% during the last 3 years. Is there any permanent cure for this? Please explain.

This will require a detailed audiogram and in this situation it is possible that a hearing aid might help - it will improve your hearing as well as reduce the tinnitus. Regards
