Hello doctor / expert namaste! these days pain in my hydrocele and some time pain in penis and left and right side of stomach also pain, after meal my stomach get noise. ============================================================ today I get the report :- urine routine examination epithelial cells 1-2 /hpf 0 - 2 (highlighted 1-2) pus cells 0-2 /hpf 0-1 ============================================================= ultrasound scrotum right testis measures 37 x 27 x 18 mm (vol. 9.9 cc). Left testis measures 37 x 19 x 28 x mm (vol. 10.6 cc). Both testes are normal in size and normal in echotexture. No focal lesion is seen. Both epididymis are normal in size and normal in echotexture. Minimal fluid is noted in bilateral scrotal sac. No evidence of varicocele is seen on both sides. Impression: minimal fluid in bilateral scrotal sac. ====================================== ultrasound whole abdomen (male) liver: enlarged in size (157 mm) and shows diffuse increase in echogenicity ? s/o grade I fatty changes. No focal lesion is seen. Intrahepatic biliary radical are normal. Portal vein is normal. Cbd is normal & shows echo free lumen. Gall bladder: well distended. Wall thickness is normal. No mass lesion / calculus is seen. Pancreas: normal in size and echotexture. Peripancreatic fat planes are maintained. Spleen: normal in size (83 mm) and echotexture. Kidneys: right kidney: normal in size (93 x 50 mm) and echotexture. No mass /lesion seen. Corticomedullary differentiation is maintained. No hydronephrosis / calculus is seen. Left kidney: normal in size (116 x 49 mm) and echotexture. No mass /lesion seen. Corticomedullary differentiation is maintained. No hydronephrosis / calculus is seen. Urinary bladder: well distended. Wall thickness is normal. No mass / calculus is seen. Prostate: normal in size (26 x 36 x 26 mm) & echotexture. Prostatic volume is 12.4 cc. No evidence of protrusion of median lobe into the base of bladder. No significant abdominal lymphadenopathy are seen. No free fluid is seen. Impression:- hepatomegaly with grade I fatty changes. ====================================== I requested you kindly look and advice as per report.
