I was under pcod treatment (cysts in left ovaries) for 1 year (2017) by taking diane-35 and after getting married in 2018- may regestrone, siphene and duphaston tablets were given in alternate month. For pregnancy treatment, in the month of jan 2019 benfomet tablet and ovashield capsules were given by the Dr. On 12th day from period egg release injection was suggested and injected. Due to injection I felt severe headache, blurred vision and diarrhea.in feb 2019 hormone tests and ultrasound scan were taken on 9th day from my periods and the report shows normal hormone levels and mild polycystic in both ovaries (right side is more than left ovary). Today (21.2.2019) Dr. Suggested me to take glycomet sr 500 continuously for 3 months including during period days. Im confused about these medicines. Whether these tablets are helpful in pregnancy or only to cure pcod. Kindly help me out.
