My weight is 100 kg and my bmi is 35. No diabetes .no hypertension. I want to reduce my weight within 6 months. My age is 23 yr. Please recommend a method .i have a very busy schedule all day and almost no time for walk or exercise. Please prescribe way to reduce my weight.

Hello Ms. lybrate-user, for weightloss one has to follow healthy and clean eating some tips for healthy weightloss ?include complex carbohydrates in your diet-such as whole wheat flour, ragi, jowar, bajra roti, dalia etc. increase your protein intake drink 12-15glasses of water daily include fresh seasonal fruits include salads with meals eat small and frequent meals avoid sweets, desserts fried foods, oily foods restaurant foods, junk foods juices, colddrinks processed and packaged foods ready to eat foods, instant foods. Go for 45 min brisk walk daily.
