Dear doctor I always miss my lunch because of my travelling job, and feel weakness and lost my weight also. Can I take any supplements food to overcome this?

Take a heavy breakfast. If you cannot have proper lunch, atleast keep a fresh fruit or salads with you. You can also have curd/chaach , nariyal paani at that time. Can also take a handful of dry fruits or peanuts for instant energy.

If you can?t take lunch. Keep a banana with u. It?s nutritious as well as heavy n can be taken anytime without much problem.
