Good afternoon! I am 24 years old female, since last two week I noticed pain in my shoulder generally when I wake up in morning. The pain is bearable and vanishes within few minutes. Following are my questions and situations:- 1) is this pain due to bad posture of sleep or something else? 2) suggest me how can I avoid this pain situations:- I tried to sleep the way google recommends using pillow between legs and beneath legs but it didn't worked because I found my self in wrong posture and whole my bodyweight goes on shoulder.

Yes you need to improve your sleeping posture. Do you put your hand between your head n face while asleep. That can be the cause of your pain. Take pillow of sufficient height to cover gap between shoulder n head.

Wrong posture is your reasons. Avoid sleep this side. Hot fermentation at night before sleep. Otherwise physiotherapy treatment will help you and stretching exercise.
