Hi, I wanted to lose 4 kgs and wanted to maintain it for long run I had 2 c sections. Have lil bit tummy. Wanted to reduce and need strong body. Please advice me.

Cut down on fatty foods, carbs and preocessed foods from diet. Take a healthy, wholesome diet consisting of fresh fruits and vegetable with adequate proteins. Lots of water indeed is required. Little exercise specifically for tummy later can be done for now walk of 30-40 mins is suffecient.
