Hi. I have a skin burn in my groin area because of applying undiluted dettol. While clipping, I had a cut which started bleeding. I kept wiping it with dettol. Then, I wrapped the area with a cotton with dettol in it for 10 minutes. The skin peeled off after 1 day, but now, it looks worse. The area is red and pussy. I have now applied betadine.
