I am 158 cm toll and weigh 96 kgs. My tummy lline is 40" I want to reduce my tummy and wight.

Hello In order to reduce your tummy, U must start taking Green tea that too with lemon. Have this first thing after you wake up. Don't eat anything after this for around 1 hour. Meanwhile, go for a walk, starting from 20 mins and extend this upto 1.30 hours. Stop fried things, and stop having heavy meals after 7pm. Take heavy breakfast, lunch but become a potato couch while having dinner. You will find drastic change after 20 days.
