I am 52 years old, patient of rheumatoid arthritis since 24 years but it is mild, nowadays suffering from back home pain while walking and sitting and during exercise (prayers salah) such that then I have to stretch my legs to relief the pain of back bone. Tell me the reason and what should I do.

Rheumatoid arthritis is a progressive disease. You have to do joint mobility exercises regularly and take postural care eg. Not sitting on the floor, avoid kneeling down etc. To get relief from pain you can get ust and ift treatment done.
