I am 22 and got married 4 months ago. Before marriage my weight is 54 kg. But now I weigh 60 kgs. I am increasing weight day by day. I exercise daily. Even my husband is also increasing weight. He has increased from 82 to 88 kgs. What should we do? Or should we change diet? Can anyone please suggest!

you can start with cardio exercise followed by high fiber and moderate protein. if you can avoid high carbohydrate for sometime, that will be better for instant weight loss. for better results as an individual you and your husband both can get a detailed body analysis so that accurate fat percentage can be checked and you can get desired results.
