Hi lybrate-user, this is a right combination. As I am a clinical psychologist, can't comment much on that. However, mild- moderate depression can be treated without medication as well. If you have the will to fight back. I would suggest, please try to meet a clinical psychologist. He/ she would help you cope with the system and help you bring long term change with regard to your problems. Thanks!
