I am hypothyroid patient and 31 years old. I am taking thyroxine tables every morning in empty stomach. My tsh reports shows more than 184 is it affect my sperms? Should I take long life tablet? Because I when I see report was being positive then I stop to take medicine and after 2 months report shows it more increase. What is your good advise for me? I am male and unmarried.

Yes you need to take medicines life long. It will definately affect your fertility. your tsh is too high. U need to start treatment asap.
