Hello my age is 15 years ,studying 10th now. I am around 6 ft in height and my body weight in approximately 60 or 59 kg. That weight includes weight of only my bones as I am taller. Otherwise it could even be less. As I am too tall I look very disgusting, as I am too slim. I do not eat breakfast in the morning. In school's, lunch (i.e. At 12: 30) I mostly eat mysore bhajis (bones, 4 butter idly, or right and samosa of my school can note, or theplas or poori and aachar. After coming home at 4: 10 once again I eat lunch. And in this lunch I eat 3 chapattis (roti) little bit of curry, chips and then rice with dal. Then I take rest and then I start reading. Around 7: 00 pm again I have some snacks like 3plates of pani puri or 1 maggi or some dosa. Then I go to my tuition. At 10: 30 pm I have my dinner which is pappu (dal) and rice or khichdi or bhakri (gujarati food)(type of roti) and potato curry or biryani. Then I go to sleep. On sundays and slsaturdays we have food at hotel. Please tell me how to increase my weight.
