My wife suffering from blocked nostril, cough which is become more severe day by day, recent endoscopy suggest achalasia of cardiac, irritation in throat, vomiting water or food while coughing, sleepless nights due to coughing. It has been almost a year and my wife's condition has become more critical. Please help.
