Is it normal to have twice periods in a month post delivery. My baby is now 4 months old and since last two months I am getting periods twice a month. Is it normal?

It shows that you have stopped breast feeding your child.Periods twice a month for last 2 months is really somethiing to worry about.Before reaching to a diagnosis I will advise you to go for abdomen ULTRASOUND performed empty stomach with full urine pressure.
