Only for the tooth which requires ,however in some situations for elective reasons i.E,intentional rct if required to support a crown bridge prosthesis and to prevent post operative sensitivity after preparation of a crown & bridge.
Hi , I have gone through your query
Root Canal Treatment is only for Required tooth not for all.
RCT is required in pulp exposed tooth or having periapical abscess.
Generally in those having pain.
Root canal treatment has to be done in teeth which is problemetic by means of symptoms and also some times without symptoms but cause should be there.
Some time whole mouth required root canal treatment in full mouth rehab cases though there is no problem in teeth.
Root canal followed by a crown is done only for one tooth which has problem.
