Currently I am weighing around 125 kg. 2 years ago I reduced 28 kg but to bad routine I again gained 45 kg! I have knockknee problem and to much chest fat also! I also feel very lazy and lack energy to work! before starting to reduce weight again I want to have complete tests that are needed like thyroid, cholesterol level, vitamins, hormonal etc! which test are necessary to start with? And what?s the normal range?
