Sir/madam, my age 33, wife age 26. 8 years of married life. One miscarriage at 6 weeks in 2014. Recently one more early miscarriage. One year back my wife had laparoscopic investigation, hysteroscopy, endometrium biopsy, ovarian drilling. Everything appeared normal. After recent miscarriage my Dr. has ordered some tests. Vitamin d -13 (normal >30) amh-4.5, torch - normal, ana (anti nuclear anto bodies)- 6.2 (positive >1), lupus anti coagulant- normal, glucose, 79 random, hba1c- 4.8, average glucose 91, cbp- all values are normal, tsh 2.9 (normal), vitamin b12- 343 pg/ml (normal), apla- normal, karyotyping for both wife and husband normal. My semen analysis also appeared normal. Other hormonal values are also normal for both of us, prolactin etc. Is ana is cause for infertility and these two miscarriages? We have never tried iui/ivf. What could be our treatment so that we can get our child soon? Will there be any medication for ana. She does not have any other health problems except mild pcos.
