Hypothyroidism is coming from too many chemicals load on the body through food and air. On an average we are consuming 3000 chemicals per day but are not doing anything to prevent our body. You have to take more anti oxidants like vit A, C, E & Omega 3 essential fatty acids. Follow eating more fibre, sprouts, whole grains, 3-4 fruits, 6-7 veg including raw veg as salads, skim milk & curd etc and 1 hour exercise like gyming, brisk walking, sports, running, swimming, yoga, cycling, etc

Hi, Good that you r concern abt your fitness. You are over wt. By approx. 15 kgs. With hypothyroidism it is little bit hard to lose wt. Without supervision of a dietician.
