Dear, skin will look good only if you are in good health, that is if you keep yourself free from any health problem. I suggest you do following things, it will keep your skin healthy. 1. Keep your self fit by doing regular exercise, if you are over weight, the skins will look dry and loose shine. 2. Drink 3-4 later of water every day, it will keep you skin moist, that will keep the tone of the skin maintained. 3. Avoid eating oily food and junk food, it can cause pimples. 4. Wash your face with soap and water 3-4 times a day. 5. Before going to bed wash your face with water and apply a moisturiser. 6. Expose your self to rays of rising sunlight everyday for at leat ten minutes. 7. Eat food rich in vitamins c, b and omega 3 fatty acids, that is salads, fruits, vegetables, fish, egg white, walnuts and almonds. Best wishes.
