My son is 28 yrs old and works in BSNL (outdoor staff). He weighs 80 kgs. Height 165 cms. His food habits are not in order. He eats whenever he gets time and often junk food. He spends a long time in toilet and suffering from bowel gas. His abdomen is big in size. Kindly advise.
