Hello sir I am not sure what is my problem I am having little discomfort in my right jaw like upper one teeth is not fitting on the lower only and and my mandibular bone is not like the left one their is no pain weird sound coming when I am opening my mouth but sound is coming from only left side and discomfort in the right side I am lil confused what is it when I am thinking its tmjd then their should be pain but their is no pain .plzz say what is this.
