Hi, I am suffering from erectile dysfunction since few months. Around a year back I use to have a strong penis erection but it use to hurt at the top in that condition. After that with time I kept losing the hardness in penis. Now I get a very less erection and that too I am unable to sustain for some time. I have an active life and exercise at least 3 times a week. Please suggest a medicine which will help in improving sex life from a long term perspective and also suggest a medicine which can give me immediate erection while engaging in sexual intercourse.
