Best thing is to maintain your oral health nicely so that u dont have to go for any further treatment or crowns in your mouth. As far as ur crowns are concerned, they are in your mouth because either u have replaced some teeth or u have gone for rct in some of your teeth. And we dont have any substitute for already placed crowns.
What is the reason for too many crowns ? u can get full ceramic crowns. Although they are costly, u will never come to know that they r arttificial teeth. Contact ur nearest dentist and ask for full ceramic crown
Go for prevention of further tooth decay & get all your minimally or moderately damaged tooth restored with composit. Use a fluoridated toothpaste.
When tooth is grossly decayed then rct&crown is the best option. Maybe you are not satisfied because your crown colour is not properly matched. Go for highly aesthetic all ceremic crowns next time
Crown helps the teeth to stay strong, as it prevents the fracture of the teeth. There are options available, but it is required to get it examined by a dentist.
Implant can be a solution, but implant also have crown or else you can also even think of changing the crowns after getting it examined and by the suggestion of your dentist. There are options available in material of crowns too.
Do not worry about it, if your crowns are ill-fitting/non-esthetic, get it replaced with advanced metalfree crowns!if you have long bridges, get it replaced with implants(which are very much popular and affordable nowadays)
Why don't you like crowns , and why do you have so many of them .Thats the first question. Please give more information so that i can help you and guide you better
