You have only one chance in this life, make the most of it. We often mistakenly think that we cannot talk about our issues for fear of rejection. You may be into a depression because of that flawed thinking. Please try to talk to someone you can trust. You will be surprised how receptive people are and how well they respond to your travails. All of us need a confidant for precisely this reason, so that we can share anything we want without being judged or rejected for it.
