I am getting only 4 to 5hrs of sleep every day. But I am feeling healthy and after a medical check up, found everything normal. Even if I want to sleep more in bed, it's not possible. What should I do?
If you are feeling fresh with 4-5 hours of sleep and even your blood levels are within normal range, then nothing to worry.
1) you can do certain breathing exercise like anulom-vilom, pranayama, kapal bhaati.
2) go for a regular walk.
