I frequently suffer from lower abdominal pain, especially in cold, humid or windy weather. I actually feel air entering my abdomen and that is when the pain starts. I feel the pain when walking and cannot have sex because it will be way too painful. It slightly gets better when I fart (release gas) or visiting the toilet then the pain will subsides about 24 hours later. Sometimes its more pronounced on the lower left side where the pain will be throbbing.
