Span depends upon how you maintain your hygeine blood supply is cut inside the tooth not outside moreover caries is not supply dependant maintain good hygeine it may last you life long.

Once rct n crown is done. 80 percent there is less chance of reinfection. No chances of cavity again. Since there a no blood supply. No chances f cavity forming.
