Hello, my hands, etc. Feels warm to touch, I don't have fever, but have low hemoglobin, low stamina and have headache most of the time by the afternoon/ evening. What could be the reason?

it may be heat evolved by body due to thyroid or primary symptoms of fever or any kind of infection in body. pl. checkup B.P., CBC, MP, URINE R/M, BLOOD SUGAR for confirm causes of it. take tab. crocin 500 mg sos for headache , powder protinex for good stamina and anemia. take complete healthy diet.
