I am getting knee pain in my left leg when i run, when i sit for a longer time, and while journeys also. My age is 33. I need your suggestions

I think u might be developing early osteoarthritis (patello femoral pain syndrome) changes in knee. Avoid squatting, cross legged sitting, climbing stairs, cycling. Start exercises - lay on bed, put a towel roll under both knees, try to press towel roll by knee, keep pressure for 10 secs and than relav for 5 sec. Do exs in both knees one by one, total 10 repetitions in each knee at one time, do three times a day. Can apply diclofenac gel locally twice a day, take any pain killer ocassionally.
