Hello- Paraphimosis occurs due to tightening of foreskin, so it can not be cured by LOX2% Jelly. Lox2 jelly is a numbing agent used before surgery, so it can reduce the pain temporarily but will not make the foreskin retractable. Traditionally medicine offers conservative treatment of paraphimosis. It is worth noting that in recent years, medicine has made great progress in this field. So, if you looking for a permanent solution for your tight foreskin, yes it is possible with Ayurveda. Surgery (circumcision) can be avoided.
