Hello, hyperthyroidism is due to excessive circulation of thyroid hormones in body. You might need to limit or avoid foods that contain significant amounts of iodine including: sea salt and iodized salt seafood eggs dairy products plants grown in soil rich with iodine as it is autoimmmune and if you have associated celiac disease than take glutean free diet thanks.
