I am unable to loose weight even after doing workout every morning for 40 minutes in a gym. I loose weight very slowly but gain rapidly. I don not have a habit of smoking or drinking. Also I do not eat sweets much. Only sweet thing I take is with coffee in my office. It also seems like I have a weak metabolism.
