I am 27 years old. I am suffering from back pain. How should I relax from back pain?

Hi 1st of all you have to avoid heavy lifting, forward bending, long duration sitting and standing. Do some exercises- stretching your back of thigh muscle (hams), and calf muscle, and bend your knee and do side twist. Put a pillow under knee. Use heating pad for 10 to 15 min.
