I had an intercourse 50 days back and the condom was removed accidentally. From last week, I experience headache, nausea, joint pains, burning sensation in penis after masturbation and the sensation increases heavily if it gets erect. I have taken the hiv test and both the hiv and vdrl results r negative. What might be the problem? I previously had renal calculus and pilonidal sinus.
